Faith promise is the way Southland funds our local and global mission ministry. During our annual Mission Celebration we ask our congregation to pray about what God is leading them to give the following year above and beyond their regular giving to support missions.
We challenge everyone to consider both what they can afford from their personal annual budget as well as what God is leading them to give through faith. In other words, “I have no idea where this amount is coming from, but it’s the amount God wants me to trust Him to provide.”
This year our faith promise commitment from our church family is $220,000! The funds given for faith promise are the funds we use to support our missionaries, mission partners, mission trips and special projects throughout the year.
